How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our simplified process:

  1. Order is placed. WOOOOOO!!
  2. 1-2 business days to process and fulfill the order (this may take longer depending on surprise amounts of exposure/orders)
  3. Order is shipped out after processing and should arrive within 2-5 business days (U.S. only)
  4. We do not accept returns due to limited quantities
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@wearimperfect.com within 3 business days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Our products are "made to order" which means we make only exactly what is needed. This helps the planet and it also helps us not have inventory collecting dust.

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: Customer has 3 days from date of delivery to make any missing items claim. If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order, and the order number within 72 hours of receiving it to support@wearimperfect.com for a refund.

FOR MISSING ITEMS: Customer has 3 days from date of delivery to make any missing items claim. We take claims very seriously and make thorough investigations. We match actual shipment weight to a duplicated order along with other verification processes including warehouse photo evidence to ensure missing claims are valid.

We are not liable for any damages incurred by third-party operators. Damage claims are strictly for defective goods that were originally damaged at our factory/distribution point during production. Our products are not manufactured near any ink or liquids that may stain the goods.

All items within the claim must be in original condition - not printed on or altered in any way.

What should I do if my order came damaged?

Can I make a change to my order before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

How do the hoodies fit?

Slightly overized with a drop shoulder. Size down if you want a more true to size fit.

What is the quality of the hoodies like?

Our new hoodies feature a rugged/durable outer shell paired with a soft fleece inner shell.

Heavyweight fabric. 75% cotton 25% polyester

What sizes do the hoodies come in?

Right now our hoodie sizes range from Small to XXL.

We plan on adding XS, and XXXL in the near future to be more size inclusive :)

What size hoodie do you recommend?

Check our size chart for general measurements. All collections are unisex and designed slightly oversized. Email us if you need more help
